Due to high rates of satisfaction of our customers, high technology and the seriousness with which the projects are treated, Silva Rosa was elected representative of only the most demanding certification of the market in financial management and projects: AAFM and ATERN.

The partnership with the American Academy of Financial Management, demonstrates our results and implements a national certification exclusive to the financial market and adapted to our reality, without losing focus on the requirements of the international market. This certification ensures that professionals are able to manage projects in the financial field as well as knowledge necessary to ensure the success of implementation.

Silva Rosa also signed partnership with the DSDM Consortium, born in 1994, the result of the 16 founding members. The DSDM is a joint venture for the development of frameworks for project management, and Agile techniques, the birthplace of the methodology ATERN. Professionals in ATERN certificates have the highest rates of success in projects of every size, quality and performance. The high rate of productivity, quality and commitment achieved using the methods of agile projects ensures that the ATERN is a new pattern emerging in fact, both in Europe as in the United States of America.
